i bought my french door refrigerator in November 2014. The ice maker never worked correctly but you’ll be able to’t find anybody to service Samsung. My husband has been pressured to take it apart repeatedly to manually thaw out the within.
The Facebook group has over 7,000 members now. Some have gotten their a reimbursement. It’s ridiculous and upsetting to spend thousands of dollars for one thing that doesn’t work correctly. I even have had my samsung refrigerator for 4.5 years. I have had to have the Icemaker replaced twice & it has broke again.
My washer is attempting to give me points not wanting to spin out . I am so feed up with their merchandise.
Since then we have the ice maker downside. It makes very loud noises generally.
I can’t believe it has not been resolved.There is a sensor that causes the fridge to cease cooling. The compartment can’t get to it without emptying the fridge and defrosting. My fridge was 1 day trip of warranty. After more than 10 phone calls a technician mounted it.
